One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for SEK 5.40 during the period from May 23, 2019 - June 13, 2019.

One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) B share for the price which corresponds to 75 percent of the volume weighted average trading price during the period October 12, 2020 - October 23, 2020, but no less than SEK 4.20 and not more SEK 6.60 per share. Subscription with the support of warrant will take place from December 4, 2020 - December 16, 2020.

Update (26.10.2020): Subscription price determined for warrant TO2 B.

Update (14.12.2020): Last day of trading in TO2 B subscription warrants.

The exercise price for the subscription of B shares using warrants will correspond to 75 percent of the volume-weighted average price paid for the Company's B shares on the Spotlight Stock Market during a period of ten (10) trading days prior to August 14, 2023. However, the subscription price cannot be higher than SEK 3.20 and not lower than SEK 1.60.
